I’ve spent my entire career in IT recruitment – long enough to know that clarity beats noise and straightforward conversations beat sales patter every time!

I don’t deal in buzzwords, inflated promises or the usual motivational noise – instead focusing on understanding what a role genuinely needs, what a business is really trying to fix & what a candidate can actually deliver.

The rest is distraction.

My approach is simple:

  • ask the right questions,
  • challenge the assumptions that slow hiring down,
  • and cut straight to what moves the process forward.
